		<description>It sort of reminds me of what happened in Missouri in the U.S. when a lot of delegates were going to support Ron Paul back in 2008.  After accepting the fees paid, the Republican party of that state basically broke its own rules and told the delegates that they could drop support for Paul or be kicked out of the party.  Rules will only work when its convenient for the other side in any conflict.  Just research what happened with Samson Occum when he tried to stand up for the Oenidas of the Iriquois confederation in the beginning history of the U.S.</description>
